All items must be paid for before dispatch of goods. If for any reason payment is subsequently refused Belle Ella reserves the right to demand the return of goods unworn and complete with original labels and such other materials that accompanied the goods when shipped to you, or seek further legal options.


If you change your mind within 14 days of an in-store purchase of any item, we are happy to offer you an exchange for Gift Vouchers or a Credit Note.

Should you wish to return an online purchase for a refund this is perfectly acceptable so long as it has not been used, is in its original packaging, has all of the tags and tickets still attached, shows no signs of having been worn and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Where items such as manufacturer tags, special packaging (including original shoe boxes, internal packaging and dust bags) are included with your purchase these must be returned along with your purchase as these constitute a part of the goods supplied.

Unfortunately, any items which are found to have stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

Refunds will not be made where these items are not returned to us.

Goods must be returned using a postal or courier service requiring our signature upon receipt to ensure that your return has been received by us. No liability for refund will be accepted for goods returned to us where a signature has not been required.


Where goods are returned significantly later than 14 days after receipt by the customer, we reserve the right to either return the goods to the customer or issue a credit voucher. The value of the credit voucher will reflect the value of the goods returned less the expected cost of postage for when the credit voucher is used.
