TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order on our website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to our terms & conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Belle Ella retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
All items are subject to availability. As stock levels are automatically monitored by the website, if an item is showing as in stock, it should be highly unlikely that the item you are intending to purchase is not available. However, if, for any reason, the goods you are ordering are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on submit on the final page of our ordering process.
OUR CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
When you place an order, If you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will not take place until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in email confirmation sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. We will not process an order until payment is received in full. Once an order has been processed we are unable to amend it.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK. This can be for various reasons such as postal strikes, security checks etc. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed should this be the case and where we are aware of such delay.
